Without fail, 100% of the people I work with have been wasting time on activities that have absolutely nothing to do with their desired goals or their ideal value system. These activities are lethal because they are dream killers. They are usually done without much thought or effort and are usually the manifestation of some underlying issue. Often, too, these activities are coping skills -ineffective and counter-productive as they are.
Are you ready? Take a look at how much time you spend on the following activities and honestly consider what you could accomplish if you used this time instead to focus on your clearly defined goals...

If you are like most people, your squandered time equals at least 3-4 hours per day. Three to four freaking hours PER DAY that you are literally wasting on mindless zoning out or appeasing someone else. If this doesn't shock you, you aren't ready.
